Type *#7370# at the standby screen (where you'd normally dial a number to make a call).

Make sure you have a full battery before you do it (or the phone is on AC); you don't want the process to be interrupted.

Have your phone's lock code at hand (the default, as stated in the phone's User's Guide, is 12345).

All messages, settings, pictures, contacts, etc., will be gone.

The SIM or the memory card are not affected.
