Thanks to Panic Code I found this :

DesktOper is an application for the Symbian S60 2ª edition that provides the “active writing-desk” in those models that do not include it. In the last Symbian phones , when the screen is in delay, we can define direct access to the applications that we use frequently but, as well as information of the last messages, appointments or notes.
The program has many configuration options: position, number of icons, text legend, etc., and is available in Italian and English.
