Hi
I have attempted to build a simple J2ME Bluetooth application, and have come to the conclusion that i need to initialise the Bluetooth Stack properly. I wish to communicate with the Bluetooth Control Center (BCC) in order to chage parameters like friendly name, search timeouts and control when the device goes into sniff mode. I can't find any support for this in JSR 82, but I belive it is done using SDK's provided by companies like Atinav. I have gathered quotes from companies like Atinav for their SDK licences, but the price is way too high for a small indie developer like me. I wondered if there was another way? Phill |

Hey,
Have you tried Forum Nokia's Bluetooth example? http://www.forum.nokia.com/document/...ary/index.html, browse to Networking / Bluetooth Connections. This one contains also the test applications already compiled and packaged: http://forum.nokia.com/info/sw.nokia..._v1_0.zip.html Daniel |
