Hello,
Is anyone tried from within J2ME to use the camera of Nokia N93 (or similiar one) with the option of Closeup or Auto focus mode? Any hint will be greatly appreciated. Thanks, David |

ability to control the focus (or flash) from a MIDlet is part of AMMS (Advanced Multimedia Supplements) API (JSR-234). That API is not available on N93.
Some parts of AMMS API has been implemented on S60 3rd Edition FP1 devices, but those parts do not include focus or flash controls Hartti |

Thanks hartti, for your helpful reply !
