is it possible to disable the request of the digital signature?
is there a way to avoid the request of digital signature?
Or maybe an external program that i can put a digital signature on the .jar file?

Do you mean the permission messages that pops up while accessing FileSystem/accessing network/sending messages/etc ?
If so you can avoid these messages by signing the application.
