Is MPEG4 video format supported by MMAPI in most S60 device?
I want to play MPEG4 format by mmapi, is this support in S60 device such like N70, etc. thanks.

codec support is not defined by java me but by the phone.
If your phone supports mp4 then java me will support that codec. You can always look for the supported codecs by calling Manager.getSupportedContentTypes(String contentType); regards nimish
