_PAlbTN directories on Nokia 6230i (thumbnails) ? -

Hi,
I am using FileConnection.list( "*.*", true ) on Nokia 6230i to find out if thumbnail directories exists on the Nokia 6230i (as on N70). I do not see any hidden directories. Is this true? I am quite new to MIDP programming and wonder if I am using FileConnection API correctly to also list hidden directories or there might be an exception such that the Nokia 6230i is not listing these hidden directories. Actually I am quite wondered how I can load a 1280x1024 image in MIDP on this device? It gives out-of-memory (not suprisingly). I need to resize this image actually to 208 x 208 (which would fit in the memory). On the emulator this is working. Is there some algorithm to load a part of a JPG and then create part of the thumbnail? More incrementally creating a thumbnail?
