Using bluetooth spi with j2se -

Hi all
i want to use the java bluetooth api with j2se to develop a windows application using bluetooth i have jbuilder 7 and i downloaded atinav bluetooth library but i can't use it. please tell me what to do or recommend anotherbluetooth sdk for j2se with jbuilder or eclipse thanks
