Hi there

When installing PyS60 1.3.21 on my brand new N80-1, I get "Expired Certificate" message. The same goes for the PyS60 Shell 1.3.21

Is this a bug to file?

Never mind, I read online that it has to do with my phone's date and time and so I set it back by a year and it works now. It's a test phone so it's ok to screw with the time

Also the files

PythonForSeries60.SIS
PyreplForSeries60.SIS

for S60 2nd edition FP2 gives this same certificate error.

Could you please update the files on sourceforge! (despite *I* know that the date change is (maybe) a workaround).

why don't you try to download the latest Python release?

It's weird you're having "certificate error" in 2nd edition.
The PyS60 i have here will expire only in 2011...

And yes, the turn-back-time workaround works, assuming you set the date to some day within certificate's validity period.

best regards

I'm sorry for giving wrong information - i didn't download the .sis-file from Sourceforge. I downloaded it from the Forum Nokia web site. I guess that might be the reason - if it is, the Forum Nokia downloads should be updated or "forwarded" to SourceForge.
