I want to know about Smart Messaging Ringing Tone format -

I want to use sound in 7650 FORMAT_TONE (i test in another emulator) but i'm not understand in Smart Messaging Ringing Tone format, i have 3 sample tone. if who khow about it, please sample how to create it.
