Dear All

I have Nokia E65 and I have tried to install available Python for series 60 3rd Edition Python interpreter but it shows some certification error. Which one is correct to install and why i m getting this error message?

Same here, even with the so called "PythonForS60_1_3_21_3rdEd_unsigned_freedevcert.SIS"

I just tried installing "PythonForS60_1_3_21_3rdEd_selfsigned.SIS" on a E65 with generic firmware (1.0633.18.01) and there were no problems what so ever. But as petrib pointed out, you have to go to: menu -> installations -> application manager -> settings and change the the "software installation"-value from "signed only" to "all".

PythonForS60_1_3_21_3rdEd_unsigned_freedevcert.SIS, at least guessing from the name, is unsigned and won't install unless you sign it yourself (either with devCert or self-signing).

Actually i was confused because i only see

Didnt know .sis-files can be re-signed, just started working on the topic
