Nokia 8910 with bluetooth headset -

hello, i am having problems with my 8910, i am able to connect to my Ericsson hb-30 headset but the battery life is really bad. i had a motorola headset and i had to change it twice because of this problem. the battery on the headset does not last more than 30mins talktime or 10hrs standby. my friend is having the same problem with her 8910 phone and ericsson headset. also we are unable to use voice dialing with our headset. is this a know problem
