Can anybody give me a link to a page with a free Bluetooth Protocol Stack. Doesn't have to anything special just need it for some simple testing.

Of course. It's a GPL licence. Check out http://affix.sourceforge.net and use Linux

What exactly you want to do? If you are planning to develop apps,
you have few choices on Linux. BlueZ, Affix and OpenBT stacks.

If you just want to use the stack and the profiles which come with it,
go with the stack that comes with the Bluetooth device you buy.
