Altering Bluetooth stack -

I want to alter the Bluetooth stack in the Nokia E70 mobile phone to suit an application for my project.
How can I access the code (corresponding to Bluetooth stack) from the phone? How to port it back to the phone? Is there any hardware development kit available for E70 model which can help in this regard. Please help
