I am trying to do client-server helloworld application through GPRS.ie When the client opens the Httpconnection the server sends as response as hello world. This application working fine in Nokia E61 and N73.But it is not working in Nokia6600. I am always getting Symbian OS Error -33(Timed out). But When i browse throuh native browser gprs is working. When i try to connect throug j2me application it is happening. Can any one help to find what cause the problem and solution to fix this problem. Thanks, Farook. |

Hi Farook,
This device has so many problems that it had a specific document listing the known issues - Known_Issues_In_The_Nokia_6600_v1_7_en.pdf But it seems the doc is not available anymore, anyway, I advise you to search for information here using the search mechanism. Anyway, I think 6600 does allow you to connect using HttpConnection, though. Br, Juarez Alvares Barbosa Junior - Brazil |
