operation failed... -

my mobile phone is 5300....everytime i tired to connect with other mobile bluetooth with my memory card(1gb) it will said "operation failed"....even if i still have almost 200mb free in my memory card......
but when i used my other memory card....(256mb) it doesnt appear the 'operation failed' please help me~..... <.<
