I bought a Motorola HT820 headset today to use with my nokia n73 for about 79 euro. But when i connected it it sounded like i was playing a 8 bit mono file...When i connected the headset with the included cable to an amplifier the sound was good. I searched both manluals and the internet but couldn find a sulution.
Sow is this a common problem? Is it just me? Did i break it? And wich headset is better for about the same price.

Thank You in advance.

Hi,
According to other posters you need to upgrade the firmware by running PC Suite 6.8.163 which will detect new firmare available and the download and upgrade using the new software.

hi,
I can only quote a recent entry I made in another thread

Quote:
Hello all,
Simply Nokia E61 S60 3rd Edition works BEYOND 30 Seconds using Itech Clip s35.
Paired using bluetooth menu, then selecting the device in MSI BluePlayer.

see my postings at http://www.nokiaapps.co.in/showthread.php?t=2629
This is about the file "81487_msi_sdk30_060822_chguid.zip".
I have registered on this forum and passed on my thanks.

You will need to register and post which devices you are going to test this on.

If you dont want to do this then type the file name above into Google and see if you get a different hit,but I have not tried this and do not intend to in case a virus of spyware is downloaded.
Whether this will work for the your headset I dont know.

Jim
