Can somebody help me? PLEASE? I've spent so much time on this that I'm desperate. I contacted Nokia several times... no help still. I contacted Palm... same thing. So much for customer care...

Here's my problem: I am not able to retrieve SMS messages received through the 6310i to the m515. Oddly enough I'm able to send SMS messages.

When I try to do a "check" SMS messages in the Palm SMS v.4.0 both via IR or BT (I've already installed the SMS fix available in Palm's site and the driver for the 6310i) it displays an error message "Unable to connect to phone. Please check settings and make sure phone is ready". When I go to
Settings and TEST them it displays "Test OK. Your phone matches current settings".

Why can't I retrieve the messages in my phone inbox to the
Palm? I sure can send them from the Palm.

In addition I'm also not able to send MEMO PAD notes via SMS. Is it normal?

I'm using:
OS System v.4.1
BT card 1.1 compliant
6310i firmware v.5.10
Palm SMS v.4.0
Windows 2000

Additional software/drivers installed:
Nokia 6310i driver (available in Palm site)
SMS fix 4.0 (available in Palm site)
