Hello,
depending on the number of modules imported it may take ~10 s to load my script, regardless of whether it runs standalone or within PyShell. What options do I have to boost this process? Embedding used modules as .pyc did not help a lot... Regards |

A solution would be imported module in a background thread as suggested by bercobeute ... Regards Cyke64 pys60 1.4.5,1.9.7,pygame,PyS60 CE on E90 , N810 with Python 2.5.2 and ... last PyS60 1.9.7 with touch ui on 5800 ! pys60 extension modules on http://cyke64.googlepages.com/ |

BTW: Did you double check the "voice annotation issue"? I've corrected the script after having RDA'ed on N95. Regards |
