program to transfer file from PC to mobile -

Hello,
I want to write the program in C++ so that it can transfer file from my PC to my Mobile. Is it possible to write such a code in normal TC or i require some advance programming language or IDE. Please help its urgent.

Hi Sagars,Welcome to Forum Nokia Bluetooth Developer conference.
If TC means Turbo C then not for bluetooth.
