Phones that doesn't play WAV files -

Hello,
I created an application where WAV files need to be played. However there are some nokia phones where these WAV files are not played ( I tried 8000Hz, 8192Hz, 11025Hz, 22050Hz, 44100Hz ) To solve this problem I created an alternative AMR version. WAVs are supposed to be played in all phones? If not, where can I get a list of nokia phones that can play WAV files? thanks!
