Hi all
CAn someone please tell me what is the throughput(in which speed it can send and recieve data) of a Normal BT device and also Bluetooth Throughput of 7650 ? |
|
The maximal throughputs according to the Bluetooth specification are:
- 1 Mbps gross data rate - 723 (or 721) kbps in one direction when DH5 packets (5-slot-long packets without error correction are used). The data rate depends on the implementation in the device. In Nokia 3650, 7650 the best possible packet type is always used, e.g. in file transfer DH5. The packet type is determined by the module, applications cannot affect it. As a rule of thumb it can be said that when data is sent directly over RFCOMM or L2CAP the data rate is higher than over OBEX. Seppo Forum Nokia |
