We are trying to run a J2ME application on Nokia 6275. The Series 40 3rd platform clains to support MMAPI, but when we are trying to invoke a camera from the application we get invalid locator: capture://video. After few investigation in the forums we checked for this property:
System.getProperty("supports.video.capture")
System.getProperty("supports.audio.capture")
Both the above results FALSE.
Does this mean Nokia 6275 does not support MMAPI?

6275 supports MMAPI but it does not support the camera use from Java ME (it has been later implemented on newer Nokia S40 phones)

Thanks for reply. Could you please tell me what feature of MMAPI does it support. We tested for both audio and video, both it says false.

Is there any Nokia CDMA device which support MMAPI with Invoke camera feature ?

Playback of audio and video. No recording as the phone is Series 40 3rd Edition phone. (similar to 6111 and 6280)

I am not too familiar with Nokia's CDMA devices, but as we have ramped down or own CDMA handset development, I do not think we have any newer, more capable devices out there. see here
