Hi,
I am trying to develop a web based LBS service. Don't know how to start, so want to go step by step. Need help regarding this. I want to use the cell ID method to know the position of mobile unit from service provider and put them in a web page having digital map. Then to increase accuracy I will go for OTDOA and other methods available to increase the accuracy. Is there any open source code which might give me some idea. Thanks Debjit
