One is a vector graphics file and one is a content packaging file for the Symbian OS. Are you saying you want to put an swf file in a sis fiel and deliver it to a phone?

yes, that is to make the swf to sis package inorder to install in phone

You probably don't want to. If you make it into a sis, then you will have to copy the sis to the handset somehow, then install it and this will put the swf in some folder.
Why don't you just copy the swf file directly?

Hi I know this is a old post - but it was the first I found whilst searching for how to covert a swf to a sis. So I thought I should post here anyway for the benfit of any one else in a similar postion.

I found a site (www.swfpack.com) which provides a free online coverter and have used it and found that it worked fine.

Using this opposed to simply copying the swf to the phone, as described below has the benfit that it creates a menu shortcut in the phone.
