Seems to be limited to 80 chars only.
Can someone confirm? Or post a way, how to overcome this?
Regards

I can confirm. The same limit is in appuifw.query().

Could you use appuifw.Text() to input longer texts instead?

Are you sure, that would be of help? Unfortunately this appuifw.Text does not fit into the shining form world

Thanks

I need to show digits with a few decimal places, e.g for GPS data. How can i show it in my form?

As GPS may return NULL, I'm thinking of changing the GPS coordinates to text to display on my form. But the problem is how can i switch it back to digits with decimals after the user has input a new set of co-ordinates?

Any solution to overcome this limit? I urgently need 160 chars, 255 would even be better.
