Unable to refresh listbox -

Hi everybody
I have two listbox both of which will load listitems based on RMS on events of list box one the list box 2 will load this works fine if i do not open the listbox2 one i open the list box 2 and view even the data is added to the RMS which is used to load the listbox2 the listbox 2 does not refresh but once i exit the application and open the listbox two i can see the updated values..... can anyone tell me why is this so and also some solution for this
