Do all series 60 handsets support the same bluetooth profiles? Or more specifically, is SPP supported on all series 60 handsets?

The ForumNokia device specifications pages list SPP for some phones and not others, but I'd like to know of some may be listed in error.

The link that parag_purkar quotes is for the sim access profile, not serial port profile.

I want to connect to a bluetooth GPS receiver, so I only need client SPP functionality.

Use the Location Acquisition API, it hides the BT layer from you and thus you can save time and focus on what really matters, the LBS functionality of your app.

Not all series 60 phones support the LBS JSR. What about SPP? Anyone?

wellspoked, why do you think this feature is missing? The Nokia specs only list visible profiles. There should be no problem using SPP from your application. Are you targeting C++ or Java?
