discovery problem!!! -

I am currently having a problem with the JSR 82 package. This problem is related to devices coming in and out of range, during the discovery stage. Devices coming in and out of range make the discovery stage last a lot longer than the expected period and has been known to have crash my application. Has anybody else had this issue before?
I have a N80 with S60.
