Hi gays!
I'm developing a simple App on PC that can transfer/receive files to/from cellphone via bluetooth.
But i have a strange problem now!
When i want to receive file from cellphone,i advertise OBEXObjectPush service by WSASetService function.And it succeed.But no one could find the service on my PC,so file transfer failed!
I've tried the second way that use the BTH_SET_SERVICE,but it needs SDP record.I don't know where the SDP record came from,and how can i generate the SDP record to advertise the OBEXObjectPush service successfully!
Could you give any help?
MS Bluetooth is turning my hair gray,like somebody mentioned before!
Thanks in advance!

Moved to Bluetooth to see if that gets any replies.

Hi,
Try this example.
http://www.forum.nokia.com/info/sw.n..._0_en.zip.html

Though this is Symbian C++ example it shows how to use Obex.
I think you could same in PC side also if you are developing application in PC side.

hi mahbub,
i'm trying to do search inquiry, used service class id, then tried adding attributes in bluecove, i.e
UUID[] uuidSet = new UUID(0x10115);
int[] attrSet = {0x0100, 0x0003, 0x0008};
searchServices() keeps giving me SEARCH ERROR, it'd be nice if anyone could help out

Coulld you specify a bit more what you are trying? Are you trying to search a service in the remote device?
