Hi,

I know that the 6680 doesn't support the AVRCP profile, but is it possible to get a lib/plugin or something that will provide support for this?

I'm wanting to develop a J2ME app to control another device, is this possible or would I have to implement the protocol myself?

Hi,
Welcome to bluetooth,. The 6680 does not support bluetooth 2.0 from Java and therefore you cannot support the stereo protocols

You cannto gain access to the lower layers of bluetooth device with Java

There has been programs which simulate the functionality in c++, but the program has several problems with playback, one being to get error encoding high quality 128kbs streaming sound
