Hi All
I'm trying to use Codec g729. Let me know how can i implement it? Thanks in advance. Regards Javed |
|
Why do you want to implement it?
Note, that on Java ME you need to use the codecs provided by the system. You do not have low-level access to the audio devices on the phone to implement your own codec... Hartti |

Thanks Hartti

Thanks Girish for your reply.
No i didn't get any help on codec g729 & didn't try with TFourCC. Will you kindly clarify me the functionality of TFourCC ? BR Javed |

I do not think that any phone provides g729 support for MIDlets. There could be some phone platforms, which do that, but I am not aware of any.

And TFourCC has nothing to do with Java ME. It seems like Symbian C++ code. So no answer to this issue
