Hello everybody, i'm developing a mobile game for n95 and i did the images on adobe fireworks (all images that needs a alpha channel i've exported as a png 8 to be optimized). All that images have some kind of bug on alpha channel(it exist but looks weird). It's sound strange because the same jar on sony ericsson deice and SUN emulator is working perfectly.
Any help is valid,

Hi,
PNG8 only support bit alpha transparency (that is: a pixel is totally transparent or totally opaque). If your original images have different transparency alphas, this could bring to that 'weird' look when saved as PNG8. Pit |

Hi jappit, thx for the answer. My old strategy was changed my PNGs to 32 and the size of my jar has increased (before 320 to 550 after). I didn't understand why it works on sony ericsson mobile phones and on n95 don't.

So, does it work as you wanted with PNG32 images?

Yeah, it works. Thx a lot jappit. But the jar file has increased considerably.
