Not able to access bluetooth dongle from Maemo Scratchbox -

Hi,
Hi to everybody. I am new to Maemo platform, working on Bluetooth application. I am are not able to ON and OFF the bluetooth dongle from Maemo Linux scratchbox...:-( If we run the "hciconfig hci0 up" command in scratch box(to UP the bluetooth dongle), then it is saying "Can't init device hci0: Permission denied (13)". any one knows about this issue, please reply to me ASAP. Thanks to everybody, Nagendra
