Hi,

You could probably use a method out of the Python Debugging Techniques
Generally they are used to track the errors in a standalone applications, but you can use it with the interpreter crashes as well.

hi lgmenu
there are lots of algorithm to debug your code. Croozeus has mentioned the correct way but its actually for standalone applications.
one more thing you can do is analyse the code and just have some print statements at certain places where you think you are wrong you will definately get a help.
