activating the bluetooth automatically -

Hi everyone,
In the Nokia N95, each time I start it, the Bluetooth modul is deactivated, this is not a big deal but I would like to know if there is some Python Modul, in order to control the activation or deactivation of the Bluetooth. Then when I start my api using Bluetooth, it automatically start the intern modul from the nokia. Cheers, fran
