Problem with Certificate on N95 -

Hi all,
I have a application which is signed by using Thawte Certificate it works fine on almost all the sets but on N95 even though the Access permission for read user data is set to Always allow it prompt's me asking Application is trying to Acces user data,Why is this so and is there any work around

Is this for PIM access or file access?

The Know issuse is regarding writting to PIM but i am just reading from PIM
