I can send short message to mobile with smpp 3.3,so i try send picture logo . according smpp protocol
I send submit_sm command to smsc as same as send short message
submit_sm PDU is:
field "data_coding" is 0x04
according smart messaging(sms_3_0_0.pdf) fill field short_message is
(version+operator logo header+line feed+OTA data)

but when 3310 mobile receive this sms,can display a picture,
can't display infomation"

field shortmessage content is
(byte)0x30, (byte)0x42, byte(0xf4),byte(0x50),byte(0x0a), (header)
(byte)0x00,(byte)0x48,(byte)0x0E,(byte)0x01,(byte)0x00,(byte)0x10,(byte)0x00,... (image data)

Why don't you ask www.smpp.org? Nokia has nothing to do with the SMPP protocol.
