How do you send and receive a report in java?

Where can i find examples of handling reports?
The sample "terminatoringApp" only shows how to receive a Message?

I mean how do i do it in terms of java?
Is there any built in code in the library that handles the reports/replys or do i have to generate the file from scratch and send it to the sender?
