My software works with the 6210 fine until client started to use 6310. When network busy, AT+CMGS return error 500. Whenever this happens, phone cannot send anymore SMS, every AT+CMGS after this will fail with same error. Only solution is power down the phone. Anyone (Nokia please answer this) has similar problems or is this a bug. Also incoming calls sent with reply (rather than key in phone number) end up in the MT storage location. I just cannot get these messages with an AT command. Is this a bug as well.

Will the sending of messages work after powerdown of the phone?
There is not actually such a storage as MT in the phone, that just means that the message has been stored either in the sim memory or the phone memory. So the message should be found in either one. AT+CPMS="ME" (or then "SM" ![]() AT+CMGR=... BR M, Forum Nokia |
