hi everybody,

I'm a student of btech. I'm very much new to this platform. I require some help regarding how to start this project: Design and develop a Full Duplexing Software Video Decoder and Renderer Library for Video data for the mobile platform (Symbain) enabling the mobile device to record and play video content simultaneously.

Please tell me how to go about with this. ( I'm almost new to this platform )
