Hello!

Yes, this is a TEST enviroment to test your application against MMS enabled phones and MMSC. Every phone has it's own MMS features, some phone series (at least on Nokia terminals) follows some style/feature guidelines, but ultimate goal is test your application with the terminals you are targeting your application.

Access to the MMSC can be granted from some specified IP address and it can be reached trough the internet. You will also receive CDS/GPRS settings that can be used with the terminals.
