MPEG4 Bitrate setting -

Hello Fellas,
I am trying to set the bit rate of the MPEG4 encoder in N95. For some reason, the bit rate does not look this the one i set. Even though, on query the encoder for the bit rate, gives me the bit rate (which i had set), i Do not believe the encoder is actually honoring bit rate i asked it to( Because the bytes encoded from the WriteBufferL callback give more data). i even tried setting the totalMaxBitrate, which is Video + Audio. it does not seem like doing the requested bit rate. does anyone have any similar experience with MPEG4 on N95 or similar symbian devices. cheers Arun sirrpi
