nokia 7650 connection over bluetooth -

I am using mp note book with USB dongle and pc suit for Nokia 7650 to connect to my Nokia 7650 phone over bluetooth.I hane an application that send IP packets over this serial connection and the note book "routes" this packets over his ethernrt connection and send the answers back to my phone. what is the protocol or software that routes the packets from the 7650 to the ethernet and back to the phone?
