Just a question: Do you by chance happen to work for Red Five Labs?

Could you also explain why you think your video might be relevant and interesting to see, if you are not working for Red Five Labs?

Hi,
Yes of course I work for Red Five Labs This has been my hobby project within the company for the last month or so.

The topic of this board has to do with development of graphics applications on nokia devices. I believe any hobbyist programmer who wants to write software for his/her latest and greatest phone might be interested in what others are doing and how Net60 is maturing.

Unfortunately as with c++, python and openc there are no dedicated forum for C# on forum nokia yet. This was the most relevant I could find.

Could you please point me to a more relevant forum that has to do with graphics development on nokia phones ?

Thanks!

This is probably the most relevant forum on this site for that topic. Instead of just linking to a video of an application you say was written in C#, why not show the whole source code or relevant/interesting parts, explain about its portability to other operating systems supporting the .NET framework, etc.?

The video links to my blog that does explain things a bit further. The entire source will be released within the next week or so.

In terms of portability you could easily run this on a windows mobile device, there are some bits and pieces you would have to replace as our compatibility layer for the sound mixer, vibration and opengl is currently only implemented for symbian.

When the source is released I'd like if someone could comment on our opengl wrapper as its a slightly different than other C# wrappers out there. Tao etc.

I'll update this thread when we do a release.

Thanks!
