why the color is not working if i set uppercase hexa decomal code -

Hi
I tried the following code : <body style="background-color:#FF00FF"> It snot working in Nokia Mobile Intenet toolkit 3.1. When I use lowercase hexadecimal code as some thing like : <body style="background-color:#ff00ff"> , then its working. Is it a bug or it supposed to work like that only?

Since all XHTML element and attribute names must be in lower case, I assume that this goes with attribute values as well.
