I just installed the SDK and ran my py script in the emulator.

If I install an IDE will it communicate with the emulator in a debug and edit mode.

What IDE can I install that will allow me to view, edit, debug the source code line by line whilst the py script is executing in the emulator. So I want to debug line for line and view the emulator in action at the same time and change the code whilst the emulator is running. I also want to be able to invoke and end the emulator directly from the IDE.

Can I do all of this or am I stuck with the following way of doing things
1) edit my py script in an IDE and save it
2) then switch over to the emulator and run my py script by manually selecting it
3) then look out for bugs then repeat step 1)+ 2) +3) etc

If you are installing a IDE for python AFAIK it will not at all communicate with the emulator.

I am sorry but you are really stuck with doing all the steps mentioned by you in your post.

Hi Vincent,
Acctually you have some little problem but
first you require python of same edition as your emulator
and it should be in working condition
I don't remember the name of software
with it you can edit your python file in emulator
and you can run it after save it and it can does your work easy I will find and send to you soon.
