6310i with Plantronics M1000 bluetooth headset does not work properls -

Just purchased a 6310i with V5.22 on it together with a Plantronics M1000 headset. When picking up an incoming call with the headset, the bluetooth connection sets up but the incoming call is canceled within a second. When picking up with the 6310i and then taking over with the headset works fine. Any idea? Plantronics mentioned any general issues with the latest software version of the 6310i. Thanks, regards
