Greetings,

http://jouni.miettunen.googlepages.com/mazingdays

Version 1.00, release date 2008-10-31

Mazing Days is a simple labyrinth or maze game. You start from top left corner and finish at bottom right corner. That's it, easy!

Accelerometer Sensor

Turn device around (up / down / left / right) to change which way your dot moves.

Please note that Mazing Days has adaptive sensor support: the "zero" level is defined everytime, when you start a new maze. This allows you to have a natural playing position for example when travelling in underground, tram or even lying on your bed.

HOX: Mazing Days works in devices with and without accelerometer sensors! If you have e.g. N82, turn the device. Otherwise use joystick (arrow keys) to choose direction.

Thanks Jouni, works great. I think my kids will like this too :-)

This also integrates nicely to my PyFolder shell application. Just selected "download", added URL, and Mazing Days appeared as an icon inside PyFolder.

Just came to mind that I should add a feature to take snapshot from the running Python script and use that as the icon in PyFolder.

Hannu

I didn't know you had that feature, too! I'll have to take another look in pyFolder, thanx!

Icons are hard, for graphically challenges people like me.. Snapshot would be fine

Hi Jouni,

Now, this game is amazing

There are lots of this game written in Symbian C++, but I never thought of it working in Python

Congratulations for one more outstanding game!

BR,

Rafael.

Hello JOM (the PyS60 game factory

wish for the next version :

- continuous smooth movement with the arrow (not a blocky move )
press one time arrow until ball is blocked by a wall

I like the hardest level
