i need help with alittle proplem

i have s60 sdk 3rd edition sp2 ... and i want to install python plug-in ... i did download from sourceforge.com , but i found it not exe file .... is that right ????

please show me where & how can i found and install python plug-in for s60_sdk_3rd.edition_sp2 .......

Hi mustafa2osman,

Yes, there is no executable file. Just copy the epoc32 folder that comes in the plug-in package and overwrite the same folder on C:\Symbian\9.3\S60_3rd_FP2_Beta\.

After that, Python application will be installed on the emulator and you can put your scripts into the folder C:\Symbian\9.3\S60_3rd_FP2_Beta\epoc32\winscw\c\python

but i have strange situation ...
my folders in c:\s60\devices\S60_3rd_FP2_SDK_v1.1

and the epoc32 file u want me 2 replace have adesk space up to 886 megabites ...
iam new in mobile programming ...... can u please tell me how 2 do it step by step ...

This article is the tutorial for it. The idea is to copy all the files and folders from the Python SDK package (the zip file that you downloaded from sourceforge) and put them in the emulator's installation folder (c:\s60\devices\S60_3rd_FP2_SDK_v1.1). Careful not to replace folders!
